The minimum order quantity is 20 kg per variety.
Please note that the cost of potatoes does NOT include the services of a transport company.
The second way is self-delivery from the warehouse. To do this, you need to call one of our warehouses, agree with the manager on the time of the visit, the amount of seed required, and arrive at the warehouse at the appointed time.
Brief information about farming Adelaida
Farm Adelaida was founded in 1992 in the village of Chulakivka, Kherson Region. The farm started operating on 50 hectares. In 1998, the first 32 people surrendered their shares, and already the farm cultivates in the south - 2700 hectares. In 2006, a branch of the Adelaida in the Zhytomyr region was registered. This is facilitated by the best and most comfortable climatic conditions for growing seed potatoes. Natural protective strips, forests, a large amount of summer precipitation, features of the local soil (sandy soils in Novograd-Volynsky district). All these natural factors affect the cultivation of quality seed potatoes. Currently, the farm in the Zhytomyr region also cultivates 2,800 hectares.
Farm Adelaida is a family farm founded by seven family members. The founders of the farm are already in the 7th generation of agriculture. The question of what kind of business to do in the family is not, despite the fact that everyone has a different education: from economists, specialists in international law to historians. By the way, no one has a classical agronomic education. And we consider it a big plus. No one offers old stamps. Farm Adelaida has 135 permanent employees, as well as seasonal - about 100 people.
The main crops grown are wheat, rapeseed and sunflower. In Polissya - buckwheat and corn. But the main specialization of the farm is potatoes. In total, the farm grows about 1,000 hectares of potatoes in two divisions. The farm is registered as a seed for reproduction of the first and second reproductions. We import the elite from abroad, mainly from Germany and the Netherlands.
In the structure of potato cultivation about 200 ha are occupied by seed plantings, about 200 ha - commercial plantings and about 500-600 ha are plantings of potato chips. The specificity of the farm is that we plant potatoes at the end of February and start harvesting at the end of May. In the south, the cultivation of the second planting of potatoes is practiced. This is a non-classic second planting according to the previous culture. This is a potato that we plant in May and dig in October. In fact, throughout the agricultural season we harvest potatoes.
